4th gen radiator supports

A local is parting out a 99 se auto. I need a radiator support for a 95 is it the same part or did they differ somewhere along the way? Keep the noobie comments to yourself if you don't mind.

Newbie, more than likely you won't be able to swap the core supports over. Once you start getting your old one off by drilling out all of the pinch welds and beating the **** out of it with a big hammer you will see why. The core support has a retail from nssan of around $150 anyways. Same for all years to answer your origninal question not that it matters, trust me.

Buy a new one newbie, that old one is not worth the time and effort, if you can even get it out in a usable condition.

Please take this advice man and only buy the OEM Nissan one. My car was rebuilt in 06 and the guys used a cheap aftermarket support (probably an ebay one). 1 year later, the crossmember completely ripped through the lower rad support and I had to bring it back for them to weld in a piece of steel. Cost me $200 for that 'cheap fix' !!!!

First of all you need to take a look at www.RockAuto.com. They have brand new Radiator supports that cost around 150 shipped. I recently bought one and it is a quality product.

As stated earlier don't cheap out on parts. Go with a genuine OEM Nissan support bracket... it is wise to learn from the mistakes of others, its the ways of the Force.
