"electric turbo" simple question, please don't flag or flame!

I know it's been talked about in a lot of threads, I know that (probably) it's a waste of money, time (and power) but that couldn't stop me from thinking about it last night:
A few considerations and calculations: let's assume the engine is revving at 3.000 rpm (as it does most of the time - highway cruising) (plus minus 20%). that means 6.000 cycles per minute for each cylinder and that also means 1.500 intake cycles for each cylinder; multiply this by the number of cylinders and by the volume and you get 4.500 l per minute (for the whole engine) which is approximately 160 cfm (a lot of air!).
Now, looking at that number and considering twice of that for red line, you can easily see why cheap ebay fans can't do anything. But the question that comes to mind is this: what if I use a bigger fan rated at 300 cfm like this one:

any chance this will work?

P.S. keep in mind the 86.4W rated power and the 70dB noise level

PLEASE don't flame me!
