A\C only works when i put it on 4.
idk what the hell is wrong with my car if i put my ac in 4 it works blows cold air its ggreat. if i put it in less then 3 it just does not work.... same with the heat

You have to repair or replace the blower motor resistor. It's right there in the maintenance & mechanical sticky:
