Your white is crisp and clean....

how many layers of the red did you use. And is it true red or magenta?

i just use prewired 5mm leds from ebay i think those are the best if your really not into sodering you just place them where you want and run the wires to a 12v source!! and as for how many layers and what color it was. it is just one layer and the color im not sure i just had i layin around my house but it is very dark red color i tell u that during the day u really cant see it but i really wasnt worried as my cd player displays the time also

by buttons do you mean the window switches? or hazard and rear defroster? for the window switches i used 3mm and as for the hazard button and rear defroster i bought 2 red leds from radioshack and some 470ohm resistors but if you want to buy the prewired ones you can just take the heatshrink from them and they have a resistor sodered to them already and you can just cut the wires off

i still wanted it to look kinda stock without going overboard on the leds plus where the green indicators go is clear lens if i was to put an led there it would just be too bright and shine through very bright and i would have to use resistors to dim the light down and it is a tight fit in there not much room plus i wanted a simple but good lookin install on my leds dont want a very bright light shining in my face while driving

plus it kinda goes with my radio buttons hehe

have you done your gauges? Was wondering if you would use single 3mm LEDs again or Plug n Play type 74 LED bulbs.

i used the FSM to find the power wires for lighting for both the gauges and climate control and just tapped into those.
