I'm planning to swap out my tan interior into black, but its hard for me to find 4th gen black leather seats in my area. I don't want to pay shipping because the seats are heavy. But i found a 3rd gen black leather seat for a good price, and i wonder is there a possible if i can fit it into my car? Has anyone done it? I search for the comparison between 3rd and 4th, but found empty handed.

You can make it fit, just like the Z33/V35 seats have been swapped into 4th gens.

the 4th gen and 3rd gen seats mount differently.
the 3rd gen section has several threads on swapping in the 4th gen seats, most saying it's too big a pain, for no gain.
