Spoiler Removal Problem

Okay, i tried searching but didn't exactly find what i wanted, so here goes...

I'm prepping my car for paint (me and a friend) and i wanted to remove the spoiler to take care of the rust where it mounts on the right side but when i try to undo the nut holding the spoiler on it just spins and doesn't loosen, it looks like its rusted to the stud that goes into the spoiler. So i was wondering how should i go about gettin it off? Cut the stud and then get it out of the spoiler and use a new stud and nut or is there another way?

I tried everything- it came to me pulling the old studs out and using toggle bolts

How did u poll them out? There isn't any way to get something around the nut while holding the stud still right since of the awkward location and lack of space?

while I was wrestling with it, I accidentally popped a stud out of the spoiler, slightly damaging the plastic but not bad. so I carefully did that with the rest then cut the studs. I don't recommend doing it that way but I was pretty pissed to be fugging with it for so long and it seemed like the only doable option- at least it turned out well.
