Clutch release ?

My clutch releases pretty much all the way at the top of the pedal. Now with my mustangs I have an adjustable cable, firewall adj, and quadrant that I can bring it down lower to the floorboard. Is there anything to do with these cars to get the pedal lower?

Looking at the pedal, you should turn the adjustment rod counter-clockwise to bring the pedal down. I believe, anyway. Trial and error isn't too hard, there's only two possible solutions.

usually when it releases at the top means your clutch disc is wearing thin.
