Spark plug color(pics inside)
Spark plug color(pics inside)
A few days ago I changed my spark plugs at 98k miles a noticed they all had WHITE all over the tips. I know this is not normal and could lead to some other source? I figured they were the original platnum plugs they were NGK-R's. Could this be why my car seems slower then most 4th gens? Maybe I'm running rich or lean? Pics:

By the way, this is off the internet, but mainly it just means the spark plug is getting too hot, which means the engine could be overheating.
EDIT: I wouldn't worry about them becuase I just pulled my sparkplugs out of curiosity :P and I got the same exact thing, and I replaced them less than 50k ago I think it's just normal wear, except my electrode wasnt worn.
so dont worry about all the other crap I said lol
