Its quite simple. Screw in the bracket, plug the bulb in, screw and secure the fog lamp. Then just replace the headlight stalk with a fog switch.

The wiring for the fog lights should be already there. you just install the fogs and plug the harness. Then you need to replace the blinker key on the steering wheel. I just replaced the blinker key on my car with one that has the fog lights switch. It took me 15 min, now i am looking for some fog lights to put on the car

No, you do not have to use anything. just fog light key and the fog lights. the car has everything else already.
