I was reading and some of you have a 5 speed ecu on an auto tranny , now how about the opposite .. auto ecu on a 5 speed .. cuz I had to buy a auto wireharness to use on my 5 speed max . cuz I can't find 5 speed max where I live .. and now my car is hard to start or it doesn't star at all i check the coils and they trow little or no spark at all .. now the question is is that cuz of the wiring ? and how do you check for a bad ecu ? ..just wondering if I have a bad ecu since I have change everything and still no luck .. please don't sugest grounds ... I have done that in every posoble way ....

 

auto ecu works with 5sp but not the opposite as far as I know

what year do you need. there was one in the local salvage yard I could possibly get if its still there.
