Car doesn't start....HALP!!

So I drove to school this morning the car started up fine granted I did use the remote start. Got to school, turned it off for like 15 minutes and then I went to the gym. No problems. Got back from the gym 1hour later again no problems.
Started the car to go to class and bang nothing. The car just sat there trying to start, could hear the starter trying to turn the engine over. But nothing happens. Kept trying to start it. It catches almost starts but I turned it off. Turned it one more time and it started up fine. Drove down the street and hit the brake to take a turn and it turns off. Put my flashers on waited like 5 minutes while traffic was screaming at me. It was on a hill so after traffic cleared out I put the car in neutral and I rolled it back into a commuter parking lot. Waited another 5 minutes and it started right up. No struggle. Drove it back to my apartment when I have it parked now.
I came back from my classes from like almost 6 hours later. Tried to start my car and I get the same thing. It tries to start but I get nothing. I got out of the car to call it quits and I smell gas from the car.

Any ideas before I get it towed to a shop.

Have you had any problems with the alarm, maybe it's the cutoff for the alarm that doesn't let the car turn over. You did mention stepping on the brakes and the car shutting off..I'm not an alarm guru so I wouldn't be able to tell you what to look for but it that sounds like somethings going on with the alarm. Try just using the auto-start to turn the car on and then just use the key. Do you have any mods 00vi Mevi?

I tried stepping on the gas. I floored it and still got nothing.

Well I am auto, so the only way I can get into drive is if I hit the brake. So I don't think it has anything to do with that. I can't get the auto start to turn the car on.

I only have CAI, Ypipe back exhaust...

Wow... Do the basic diagnostics first to see where the problem is.

Check for spark
Check for fuel pressure
