Does Climate control buttons (like the auto, econ, etc) supposed to have light??? Because mine does not have light.... and It just look wierd...... and dark....
Is this something wrong.....again...... with my car?
How to fix it?

Is it hard to open the middle console of the car?? any direction on how to do it... right

the climate control is supposed to have a light...it is controlled by the dimmer ship by the steering column...the center console is very easy to get into...you just pop a few clips and unscrew a few screws to take the whole center console out...

 

This is a common problem for 4th gen Maximas. The lights start to go out. You have to replace the bulbs in the unit. Mine's like that, too. Do a search for detailed instructions.

I'm planning to install my CD changer soon and I might install the light at the same time.
