3 codes....

I finally fixed the knock sensor, and now there are 3 more codes being thrown.

1. 1102 - Vehical Speed Sensor or Circuit fault

2. 0504 - A/T Control Unit or Circuit Fault

3. 1005 - EGR Solenoid Valve or Circuit Fault

I'm hoping that these can just be cleaned and maybe the problem will be ok. I've heard that the EGR Valve can get clogged and can be cleaned out and it may help. Is this hard to do?

As for the A/T control unit, is that the tranny computer?

And, the Vehical speed sensor. If i'm not mistaken, that is down between the axel and the tranny right?

I've recently had a tranny swap and i'm thinking that it may have been knocked or something when the installation took place.

Finally, if someone has the 3 parts I need, if needed, in working order, it would be great to have them all shipped at one time saving a bit of money.

Thanks for everyones help in advance.

I love this site.

The TCU code (0504) may be solved with the VSS (1102) since presumably the TCU uses the signal from the TCU, someone correct me if I'm wrong here.

The EGR solenoid could be a few different things IIRC.
