kyb gr2 + eibach springs question..

my bro works at advance auto parts and i noticed tonight on his work computer they have kyb gr2's for like 78 each plus i get his 20% discount and whatever warrenty they come with.. how are thosee struts?? are they good? they also sell eibach pro kit springs for 258.00$ but id get them for 208ish. would that be a good combo for the 95 max w/ 18's? they also have the kyb's in adjustable's and theyre like 115$ each.. what would be the best bet?? also im willing to hook people up with his discount if anyone else is interested!! let me know

i have herd from alot of people that the gr-2's are good with the eibach but thats all. No lower then eibach bc they will blow easy. I would put the agx's and the eibach. Make sure u get new mounts and dustboots

im not trying to go to low, heres the deal, my rear struts are blown and maximas are notorious for spinning out while having blown struts and i wanna lower it a little bit cause i have 18's and it looks like im climbing into my car cause its so high but thanks for the reminder on dustboots!

I've been using the gr-2's with progress (similar drop) as the eibachs. I have had no problems. They have a warranty if they do blow.

KYB GR2s are stiff shocks. Tighten up the car quite a bit. Stock springs worked fine.

Yea, the GR2's are nice and stiff.
Couple them with Eibach or H&R's and you'll get a nice sport ride with great handling.
