Checked PS fluid level? What type of fluid are you using, PS or ATF?

No, do you use ATF or PS fluid in the power steering system?

Depends on what's wrong, really. If whatever you're using becomes extremely thick in cold temperatures, it could lock up the PS pump for a very short period of time, resulting in your belt screech.

well i dont know i havent changed or checked it yet sence i had the car but when the car warms up to normal conditions ill cut the fan on and then the screachin sound begins then when i cut it off it stop so i dont think it could be the ps fluid but for the recored where is the location of the powersteering fluid?

Yes, that would be your power steering belt screeching. Check to make sure it's tight and not glazed over. If it's glazed or cracked, replace it.

Well is it when you turn the blower motor on, or when you turn the steering wheel?

If it's when you turn on AC or the defroster, then it's your AC compressor.
