Finally Got A 5 Speed

So here's how it all started i've always been into the whole honda and acura theme. I ve been through almost every nice honda you can think of and they were all manual.
91 Honda Accord coupe
90 Acura Integra Coupe
93 Integra Coupe
03 CL type S 6 spd
06 RSX type s (vivid blue pearl)
00 Civic Si (si blue)

Anyways the civic Si was my last car because i was sick of doing all those financing payments so i gathered up all my money and bought it. And I mean all the money i had. lol. I had the car for two months than it got stolen right outta my driveway and completely stripped.

I was pissed and swore to myself no more hondas and acuras! I needed a car quick so my boy sold me his maxima...for a good price. IT WAS AUTOMATIC! Ugghh my first automatic..didnt wanna do it but i was stuck.
Anyways i started searching online and there you have it i met the .ORG. You guys boosted up my interest in Maximas and i love em so much from style to comfort etc.

My car was great and everything but i couldnt live drivin an automatic especially when everyone here was so helpful and i wanted to do so much work on my car reading all the helpful threads and all...

So I went out searching for a 5 speed! Just picked one up about two weeks ago...It is a 1998 Maxima SE black pretty much stock except for KYB AGX Struts and Springs. The drive is so damn smooth. It has exactly the same specifications of my auto ( 98 and black). Ive been working on it since i got it.

So far ive traded the rims that came with the car for stock 01 SE's (the rims i have on my auto i will be keeping for my summer setup). I swapped my interior for because my boy had done the swap in his max and got leather seats..We took out the hids in the headlights and the fogs, swapped the system with all the speakers wiring and tv's. took the intake outta my auto installed it on the new SE. I also went and got the exhausts switched up at a local shop from the y-pipe down..

So pretty much i gutted out the auto brought it back to stock and took all my mods and put it in my new pride and joy. Ive also went and got tints done 20 percent all around (also got the sunroof done) . I put in an alarm and installed the loud air horn i had because my neighborhood isnt the best and who knows.

Here Are Some Crummy Pix of how i got the car and how it looks as of now...sorry the car is really filthy and some of the pix are phone pix. I will keep everyone updated with the setup..have alot of plans for this new car. Feel free to tell me how you think....

That a nice maxima. Glad you finally had your eyes open to the ways of the Maxima's. One thing, those fog lights are blue, i am getting retro fitted headlights soon and they wont look right with the fog lights i have, what did you do to your fog lights to get them blue like that. Good luck with future mods!

nice job bro, I'm in the same situation right now... my 00 Max is an auto and I've been searching for a 5sp for about 2 months now, till i found the perfect candidate... a college student who drove a 99 5sp... BUT it had over 190k miles on it... so I decided not to take the risk.. looks great though man
