If so, do you still have the old one? Genius here dropped the little brass washer/spacer down into the bay and it's gone. I'd hate to spend $60 for a whole new assembly when all I need is a little washer. I need # 11931+A in the diagram. Can anybody help me out?

dont go to the dealer I was dumb and over loosened mine and bent it so I had to get a new one. I tryed the dealer and they ordered the wrong part twice so I just called local junk yards and found a max near by so i went and had to do some work on it to get it out but was totally worth. So my suggesion is to listen the The Wizard and talk to maxima Joe. This is his exact user name: Maxima_Joe

Shoot i've prob thrown a crap load of those away from broken idler pulley brackets on VQ35s. Ummm why not just use a regular old washer, i don't think its waved or anything. Its just a spacer i thin, then the dust cover goes over it. Ill see if i can scrounge one up.

Yea, I went down to the hardware store to see if I could find a washer that fit. No luck; all of the ones with a big enough hole were way too large to fit correctly under the dust cover.
