Front License Plate Bracket

Anyone have a vendor with a good price for these that includes the hardware for mounting the bracket & the plate?

I have a front plate bracket sitting in my shed that I pulled off mine. I'm pretty sure I still have all the screws with it. If you can't find one locally I'll sell you mine.

You can get one on ebay for around $20 but I don't know about the hardware. Maybe a junkyard would be great for this. I have no metal clips on mine so I'm going to fab something up when I get my plates. Can you believe it's been over a month and I have't recieved my plates or title yet.
