1-11 code miss at low RPM

It seems like my SES light in the Max is a family member I see it so much. I now have a 1-11 code which I know from searching is a jackpot code EVAP related. In the past few months I have had plenty of issues. I have replaced the #2 coil twice due to a misfire in that cylinder. I have new plugs, new fuel filter, cleaned MAF, cleaned throttle body. But I still get this miss at low RPMs especially between 1500 and 2500. I have new oxygen sensors replaced them when I installed my Ypipe. My car is a 98 SE with 122,xxx miles. I do not have a gas smell now but sometimes when it was hot last summer I noticed one. Any ideas what to try next?

Thanks,
Madmax8

Have you checked the rest of the coils? Is it a miss at WOT, cruising, medium acceleration?

I haven't checked all the coils. The miss usually occurs in 2nd or 3rd gear at low rpms. Like when the light changes and you're rolling toward it in 2nd Rpms at 1000 to 1500. Not WOT but say medium acceleration. If you were to give it WOT at that speed results would probably be the same though. I would call it under load. Don't know if that makes sense. Would a coil throw the SES code 1-11? I reset it yesterday hoping for a clearer code and it came on today after driving about 75 miles in stop and go traffic on the freeway. Also don't think I mentioned when I start the car idle is high and a little erratic about 1500 drops to 1200 or 1000 but settles down to about 800 after it warms up. I mention it because it used to be pretty steady 700 after warming up fairly quickly.

0111? No, a bad coil wouldn't throw an EVAP code.

I am thinking about running some seafoam through the intake. pmohr do you think this would help? have seen plenty of varying opinions on seafoam here but I noticed in 1 post you said you had done it. Also I have 2 new 02 sensors so don't want to ruin those. All opinions appreciated.

I've seafoamed quite a few cars, never a problem with an oxygen sensor.

Probably won't help, but it also probably won't hurt anything either.
