Front seat parts-don't know where they go

If anyone can help, I found these two plastic pieces underneath my front seats while the guy was vacuuming at the car wash. One says "R" and one says "L". I have no clue where they came from or how they go back on. I have had my '94 SE for close to 15 years and the first time I've seen interior parts come off like this. I can't show pictures (which would be helpful) but they are small hard plastic pieces and look like they fit over the seat rail or something.

If you have a '94, you should be in the 3rd gen section, not here.

In most cases, you can't possibly hope to describe something as vaguely as this without pictures and get an accurate response.

Anyway, they clip over the seat mounting bolts. Did you not compare side to side?

I bought my '95 in 1994 when the new Maxima models were introduced in September of 94. Bought it from a auto broker upstate. If I could have posted the pictures I would have. This forum didn't give me the rights. Thanks for your help.

That still makes it a '95.

Mostly for pictures you're going to want to upload them elsewhere and use the [IMG] code here to show them. That, or upload them into your photo album.

I have attachments, but that may just be a donating member thing.

It is. I don't have attachments. Get some pix and maybe we can help.

Yep, the mounting bolt covers.

You can see the image when going to the link, but only as a preview.

Photobucket, imageshack, your personal website, etc are the best way. That or just upload them to the albums here.

Thanks. I will see how they get mounted on but the specs I pulled from online are not too clear on showing the parts.

They're just covers.

You just stick them on there. They clip in place, nothing else to them.

those cover the bolts on the seat rail where the rear passenger puts his feet. I have had them come off before.
