Looking for the Opinions on the best & cheapest suspension setup in our Gen4. List

And no more then a 1.3" drop. I can't afford H-techs so that is out. I need something else with these requirements.

1.Better handling. (duh. lol)

2.No dipping from any launch of braking

3.A good sedan ride hide. I think S-techs look retarded No offense to the people that drop their cars more then 1.7"s but it just looks bad on a sedan IMHO.

4.Something with a decent ride. Not to the point were If I hit a pebble my throttle gets slammed to the ground cause our cars are really responsive.

5. I never done this before to a Gen4. So tell me everything I need, Do I need a pellowmount? Do I need new Strut bearings? Etc. Anything I need so this lasts and does not wrack my New Axles.

6.Perfer brandnew or lightly used. I don't know how many potholes or issues a previous owner could of had.

I heard Illums and H&K but I heard issues about leaks and them not lasting. Unless those were blues. I am not sure. And no Ksports.

What else is there for our cars?

I looked in all the stickies I am a long time member and owner and I am cool with the admins so please don't give me ish and say look up stickies I need opinions.

Thanks for ever can help, If you live in the Mass area. I may pay you to let me drive your car (with you of course) too see If I like the ride.

Cheap and best are 2 words that cannot go together in the same sentance. Since you want a drop that small, I believe there are 2 choices for springs IIRC (MaxSpeed's or H&R's). For a drop that small, I don't think you would need performance struts, but probably the cheapest would be KYB GR2's. There are many threads on this, so next time, a little harder.
