o2 sensors

I am planning on replacing the o2 sensors on my Cali spec y-pipe and I was wondering if the 2 o2 sensors on the pipe are considered the front bank or bank bank. the only diagram I could find was for a 5th gen max.
Thanks

It would be the same bank for the A33.

They're sensors B1S1 and B1S2.

Bank 1, rear bank, right bank.

It doesn't, it just connects right there above the converter.

What? But mine goes up into the undercarrage. It goes into a small hole only big enough for the wires to go into and that hole is sealed around with a rubber gromett/gasket.....

Indeed. Pull down the grommet, and you'll have access to the connector.

You sure about that? I thought they were B1S2 and B2S2
Both are located right after the precats which remain on the car with a cali spec pipe.
B1S1 and B2B1 are before the precats. Total of 4 on the 4th gen cali spec setup.

Also, none of the connectors go up into the floor, all 4 wind up just behind the radiator.
The only O2 that goes into the floor is for the fed spec, it's the O2 by the main cat, which the cali spec doesn't have....

It's been a while since I've been under my car, but I'm damn near 99% positive that's the setup.

Do cali spec mean California model? Cause I live in Canada...canadian made max. And i think pomhr answered my question by the connector being beneath the car. Isn't there only 3 O2 sensors?? 2 in the y-pipe and one in the cat?

For a Fed/Canadian spec A32, yes, just those 3.

Looking at the FSM, the Cali spec Y only has the B1 O2 sensors:

And the rear I was talking about was for BassBreaker, not ckymaxx.

I had a ODB code P0138 for my 99 Maxima GXE. I am wondering where is the O2 sensor and what was the problem for it?

Cali spec or Fed? Did you search or look at the stickies?

Code: P0138 | Description: O2 Sensor Fault

So you didn't look at the stickies after my last response?

Once again, I refer you to the stickies.

Raise your hood. Look for a shiny metal identification tag fastened to the passenger side of firewall. The top row is the Vehicle Identification Number, starting with J. The second row is model information. The first five characters are BLHUL. The 12th character is the destination:

N = Canada
V = California
U = US, not California

BTW, forgot to mention that I have been using Premium gas (#93) all the time until last week, when there was one time that the gas station had no #93 or 91#. Had to fill up with #87 HESS. Will this be the possible cause to the CEL?

First thing I'd do is test the sensor, it's going to be your B1S2. it'll be the bottom-most O2 sensor in the Y.
