What would clean my grills?

What product could i buy to clean the grillz in my avatar they are getting kinda dirty or what can i do to clean them?

Maybe a toothbrush and a bigger soft brush with some water and car soap? Grilles like yours look awsome but they're a pain to clean. Good luck amigo!

Maybe do some light wet sanding with high grit sand paper before using the aluminum polish if its really bad.
