Fuelly MPG Thread

I thought It would be cool to see what everyones MPG is using www.fuelly.com

I have been using the notes to what I have been doing differently during each tank. Like dont shift past 2500 RPM. Or have your TIRES PSI set different from last time etc etc. So all I do is write down what miles I drove since last fill up, how many gallons it took and how much it cost me.. IT would be interesting to see how many people participate in this.

Here is mine..

You realize how many MPG threads there have been?

If you want to know what people's average MPG is, just search.

Ok then "master" feel free to have this thread deleted. I dont really care what everyone elses is. I thought It would be cool to see what mods people have done and how it affects their MPG and how they drive. Since ive been seeing people asking the same questions about "My fuel mileage sucks" well you have a V6 DOHC with prolly a heavy foot. Get over it. If I do a search all I will find is people *****ing about their MPGS this would show what people have done and it will update automatically.. If you dont want to participate then dont bother posting. Thanks

'Master'?

If you don't care what anyone else's MPG is, then what exactly does this mean?

Sounds like you want to know

When I search, I find many threads that are mostly MPG talk, and little *****ing:

What this thread is about does not get through to you so. Dont bother posting in the threads I make if you are going to try and "bash" me and make me look stupid with your little "search" comment. I noticed you do that to just about everyone that posts here. So now that you entered this thread it has been ruined so..

If you're going to post a thread, you have to accept any and all responses to said thread. That's why it's in a public forum, and not a PM or similar.

If you don't like my responses, don't read them, or ignore me

My intent wasn't to make you look stupid, it was to inform you that there have been many MPG threads, with no real difference to this one. No need to rehash the same exact topic so many times.

Your thread is about everyone's MPG, seems pretty clear to me.

And if you really think it's so '/thread', you always have the option of deleting it

I've found that "city" mpg can mean two very different things.

Back home, I get around 28 mpg "city" with low-speed driving and few stops. Lots of coasting, too.

At the University, I get around 20 mpg "city" with low-speed driving, short trips and many stops (try 10 stop lights per mile!). Even with the A/C off, 20 mpg is about the best I can get.

I honestly don't care what my MPG is. It wouldn't change my driving habits at all nor would I consider MPG into the equation when considering performance mods. Filling up every 300 miles or 320 miles ain't going to make much of a difference to me. If gas mileage was my primary concern, I'd drive something else.
