Just bought used lowering kit

hey guys, i just picked up some tokico blues with an unknown spring on then as a kit for 130 bucks. The girl that sold it to me said its a 1.6 inch drop all around. she took it off because she didnt like that car dropped... I was wondering if it was a good buy, shocks/studs are in decent condition with rust here and there, spring ara alittle more ruff cond with more rust on them and the paint(red) pealing out. What u guys think? sound like a good buy for 130 bucks?
thoughts apreciated.

These shocks are okay. Kinda soft for me, but it's better than blown shocks.
