Sorry if noob question ..

Between coolant temp sensor and coolant thermostat ?

which one makes the engine warm more slowly ?

you're confused.

the coolant temp sensor is hooked up to the temp gauge in the cluster and tells you the engine temp.

the thermostat opens/closes to regulate the coolant flow which in turn warms/cools the engine.
