Hey guys. I was driving around the other day and i was at a red light. when the light turned green i went and when my car went to get out of second gear it shot from 3-4rpms rather quick and then caught the next gear... i have an automatic.

 

Have you checked your AT fluid leve ? recent change and drain ? flushing ? check all these , how many miles on you car and what year ? you have to answer all these questions before we can help you.....

sure sorrry, i changed it about a year ago, and theres about 156K on the car, its a 98. the at level seems ok but does look a little dark.

 

Did you check the level with the car running in P, after moving the shifter through all the gears?
