I don't want to waste another TB gasket !
Hi
I will detach the TB from the car , then put a new gasket and everything back again ...Ordered the original Nissan TB gasket
1-Should I attach the hoses before or after I screw the TB in position ? (I previously attached the hoses BEFORE as I thought it's easier than after
2-Should I put the 4 bolts or 2 bolts ? gasket on the TB then attach it to IM ?
3-Should I put all the 4 bolts in position , tightned by hand , then tighten by wrench evenly ?
A complete instruction would be HUGLY appreciated on how to replace TB gasket
sorry for noobity

It's not that difficult to replace the TB gasket.
Seriously, take the TB off. Remove old gasket. Apply new gasket. Bolt up TB.
Torque spec, tightening procedure isn't really important on the TB (as long as the bolts aren't loose, or stripping the threads out of the UIM).
Why would you be removing any hoses from the TB?
What do you mean '4 bolts' or '2 bolts'? There's only one TB gasket, and it has the same 4 bolt pattern as the TB.

Why do you keep creating different post's for the same thing?
You could have just added this to your last post!

I meant by 2 or 4 bolts"Should I put 2 or 4 bolts in position when FIRST attaching the TB to its place ? i.e do I have to tighten all or only 2 of the bolts at first attachment ? or "should I go with all the bolts or only 2 of them at first ?

It really doesn't matter.

OK.....changed the gasket with the original OEM from Nissan today....still the SAME issue
Car at idle,perfectly nice
Revving or moving the car and RPM=1600 and up , hissing with the engine sound !!! immediatly goes away when RPM returns below 1500 !!!!! WTF ?
Could this be a normal (enhanced) air flow after TB cleaning ? or it's a leak when RPM is higher ???

Have you checked for vac leaks yet?

Seriously, actually make an attempt to narrow down where the noise is coming from. That, or you can start throwing more parts at the car

what can cause vac leak only above certain level of RPM ?

No. Don't do that.
There is absolutely no reason to bump your thread after 45 minutes of inactivity. You think it'll disappear otherwise?
Hell, it was ALREADY the top post on the first page, so you accomplished nothing.
To answer your question, it could be many things. You need to actually do some work, and find out where this noise is coming from. Until then, don't bother asking about it, because again, it could be many things.
