Car feels loose when turning at higher speed

When it is going at higher speed, and I am making a turn, the car feels like it is loose and "drifts" a little bit.

Is it the LCA? Suspension?

Could be simple as air pressure in your tires maybe.

I'm noticing this too , at about 130 up the wheels don't feel as firm as my old wheels did.

Weird though because I didn't notice that when I was driving the '97 SE.

I think SE models have stiffer springs, what model is the car that you have the problem with?. Also the condition of your dampers could have a huge impact on how the car handles.

'98 SE. Suspension should be still good.

se models have "sport" suspension. check your sway bar bushings if you really think its not how it should be. check all your bushings while youre at it.
