Does anyone have a pinout/wiring diagram for the stereo connectors?

I have a 1995 Maxima, and recently I wanted to put in my MP3 car stereo. I bought the wiring harness here: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=220422517270

Well, my stereo will not turn on. I noticed that the wiring harness I bought has the pins messed up somehow. The main problem (I think) is that the wire labeled "Chassis Ground" has a pin which has no mate. I can't explain this very well, so it's kind of like this:

Pins Coming From the Car
[*][*][*][*][*]
[*][ ][*][*][*]

Pins For the wiring harness:
[*][*][*][*][*]
[ ][*][*][*][*]

In other words, some of the pins are connecting to blank spots on the car's in-dash plugs. So I want to know if anyone out there happens to have a diagram of those pins, and what their functions are, so that I may troubleshoot the wiring harness's accuracy.

I've seen a few diagrams around the web, they all start with a message about how the information was researched with multiple FSMs, however that diagram does _not_ mention any sort of ground wire, anywhere - so it can't really be totally accurate.
