ECU Code - 0413??

ECU Code 0413 - Still no answer here!
Yeah that's the code I got. 0413 or 4 long and 13 short repeated. It isn't on the FAQ's and not in the Chilton's manual or on the VBMaxima site. I also checked the O2 sensor and it seems to be in working order...blinking more than 5 times running at 2000rpms.
If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

Go to www.maximadriver.com. In tech, there is a list of all the ECU codes. This one is:
