Digital dash in a 4th gen
Some S13s have them,
HUD with digital number inside the speedo is semi-rare on Silvia's
Full digital w/ HUD is rare-as-**** for Silvia's, 180s and 240s
Skyline GTR (good luck finding one, let alone a parts-out) 300ZX (again, very rare).
Could look into aftermarket for any of those vehicles.
Dont 5th gen's have em ??

Check out this. You could used the arduino to receive signals from the ECU and be the brains behind your dash. Are you trying to create something totally custom or use Nissan parts from other cars, hacked into your Maxima?
I think a circular gauge face with LEDs along the circumference and a seven segment LED display in the middle would look pretty cool. You would have the precision of a digital display through the seven segment display, and it would be very readable because of the LEDs along the outside of the face. You could even use diffenet color LEDs in the case of things like temp and RPM, starts out with green at about 7 o'clock, the the leds would light up clockwise. once you hit maybe 6000, the LED would turn amber, then red at 6500, or whatever you like, but I think you get the idea. I've seen some curved led bar arrays before that I always thought about building gauges out of but never did it.
Here's a link to the light bars.

i have 3rd gen Brougham Edition Maxima, basically premium version of GXE...it has digi dash and adjustable suspension...
u could try that and i think thats going be the closest match u can find.....since its a Maxima too
plus u might or u have to change the fuel pump level sender too from the same Maxima or might play around with the electrical stuff to make the fuel level show accurate on dash somehow....
and no i m not an electrical student but automobile engineering student
