Remote window roll down

Ok so i bought a new keyless entry remote from keylessride.com and i had a couple of questions (and yes i searched). First question is why dont my windows roll down with the remote? It says it should perform everything the original one performs including window roll down? What can be wrong with my windows?(i would like to add that my courtesy lights on the bottom corner of my doors are not working and i know that they are tied into the window switches could this be the problem?i guess i shorted them when i was tryin to replace the bulbs with leds but everything still works on the switches windows and locks) My other question is when i press the panic button all it does is turn my dome light on. So do yall think its just the remote that cant perform these functions? Thanks in advance for any input on this.

I have the keyless ride remote. Mine works fine. Never had the oem one but mine works if you press the unlock and alarm/panic (hold them both down until it works).

Thats wierd mine does everything except roll the windows down and panic. Like i said when i press panic it jus turns the dome light on. I know the original remote FCCID starts with a26 but the remote i got has an FCCID of SRW-KRVAR001 i dont know if it should be the same or different since its aftermarket. I really want and need the roll down feature since i live in Texas and its too damn hot when i get in my Max. So is there something i should check. I have tried everything. I tried holding the unlock for a while and nothing i jus hear a small clicking on the window switches. And i have also tried holding the panic button for a lil more than 5 seconds and all it does is make my dome light go on and off like a blinking pattern

Did you have the original remote before? Some remotes are made in a way that they control the dome light instead of the panic button. I used to have one of them, but did not like it. About the roll windows down, I just think that the remote you bought is ****ty because the car has this option and if the remote does not roll the windows down, there is something wrong with it.

Ok thanks for the input yall. Well i did what dx_man said and it worked! my windows rolled down thanks homie. I guess i had to hold the unlock and panic at the same time i thought it was jus the unlock button that had to be held down. As for the panic button i guess i jus got stuck with one that jus controls my dome light. Is there any way to make the alarm go off? Thanks once again!

Does the alarm not go off if you hold the lock button down?

It's not a 'panic' button if it turns on your dome light, it's a dome light button.

No it doesnt. All it does is the flashers keep blinking, but only while im holding down the lock button. If i release the button it does nothing, horn nor lights go off. My alarm goes off when it should so i know that works.
