guys, im so sorry, i feel like such a dumbass, and i know this might bother some. im all for searching HARD but i for the life of me cant find this darn thread where some guy did a whole crapload of calculations on the difference between a working VIAS and a power rod-less Intake manifold. he showed that on average under xxxxrpms there was a xxwhp/xxwtq loss and above xxxxrpms there was a xxxwhp/xxxwtq gain, etc. bunch of handwritten calculations.... i do remember that, but cant remember anything else, hopefully someone remembers the thread. ive been searching for awhile now, cant find the right search terms to use. sorry again, as soon as i find it ill delete this thread.

nice, i like how u guys throw that thread out there (which is the first one that pops up when u search) as so to say i didnt search and im a newb....but thats not the one im looking for. im not that bad now. the particular thread involved some guy handwriting a whole page of calculations determining gains and losses between a bunch of rpm intervals. he literally scanned his loose leaf paper and put it up for everyone to see (idk y) and for some reason thats all i can remember except that in the end he explains that if you removed the power valve and shift at wutever rpms, yadda yadda.
