fog help

quick question...in the pic, is the relay in the top right not the correct relay for fogs?

sort of? so i do have the right relay? cuz my fogs arent working and i assumed thats why but maybe both bulbs are coincidentally out or something

so why does the air conditioner and horn relay need to come out to rewire fogs??

because you have to pull the box out, and the screws holding the box in are underneath it
