lighting question?

How bad would it be for the actual headlight housing to run with both the high beams and the low beams on at the same time. Also the bulbs are 100/80 and I am running with the upgrade harness. I'm not worried about the wires burning but actually the possibility of melting the housing. Its a 99 so the lens is plastic.

As long as you don't run the high beams on for too long >>

I think that you'd be fine. THe housing is made of a plastic/ceramic composite and the lens is made of acrylic.
