What is the weight of the American maxima???
the Australian version weighs 1350KG (i have no idea how to calculate LB's) i know its double and a bit.

According to Edmunds the 2000 Maxima weighs 3186 pounds which works out to 1448KG. The conversion factor is 2.2 pounds equals 1.0KG.

Australian maximas are lighter, the "base" model 5spd weighs 2882Lb and 2970Lb for the auto

All these weights seem quite lower than I'd guess.

Mine weighs 3120 with myself in the car alone. Plus it's an auto. Not too shabby for a four door.
