Can someoe give me some info on the Y pipe, i've read about it on max websites and hear its good. Is this a full exhaust or is it like extractors?

Thanks CHunger for that info about the y-pipe. I too was thinking of investing in a y-pipe over the winter and was trying to decide which one to buy.... this helps me alot. I think if I can spare the extra change I will be getting that Jet-hot from Cattman... why not buy the one that will last just as long as the car....

Trippy_D,

You might not be able to order that Jet-Hot Y-pipe from Cattman anymore. I recall that he has discontinued his Jet-Hot version and stuck with Stainless-Steel.

If you use the forums search function and look for cattman's posts, you'll find his reasoning as to why...

The Y-pipe would be more like headers. I noticed a huge difference when I put mine in. The speedometer seems to slip up from like 30-70. It is very noticible. Combine that with CAI and your set.

With the Y pipe, what thickness end do you guys think i should get, like from where it finishes??
