Vacuum in Absolute Pressure Sensor line?

Vacuum in Absolute Pressure Sensor line?
I just got an error code for Absolute Pressure Sensor. Is there supposed to be vacuum in Absolute Pressure Sensor Line? Because when I disconnected sensor from the line there was no air comming in or cumming out. My map/baro sensor seems to be operational.
