How to replace window regulator

Yesterday I was rolling up my window but it fell all the way down. Today I opened up the door and found some pieces of plastic that I suppose hold the window to the rail. The motor still runs and goes up and down, just the window doesn't. Do i have to replace the whole assembly or is there a way to replace just the clips. Thanks!

If the motor still goes up and down then all you need to do is get the glass seated on the motor assembly.

Here's the exploded view on what's needed (total) from courtesy nissan:

If it's just some clips, then you're getting off easy ...

What we do in the medical field is we compare the left side to the right side. So just take off the door panel on the other side and compare as to what's missing.

I don't remember exactly ... Try taking the other door panel off and seeing what that one looks like compared to the side that isn't working.

It would work. But, since your regulator is not broken, why replace the whole thing?
