Weird Noise maybe brakes

So I changed my rotors and brake pads about 2 months ago and then I started to getting a weird squealing noise at low speeds and I found out it was the caliper so i replaced the one caliper and now it seems i have the same noise form the front side so I plan to change all 3 calipers. But my main problem is when i press the brake pedal about 1/3rd in I hear a weird noise that sounds like something is rubbing or stuck but brakes work just fine so not sure what it is. Also when it rains and i take my car out of park and drive a bit I hear lots of noise coming from rear end. Could all this have to do with the calipers or is there something else that I should be worried about? also I have my abs light on and i have tested the code for a front right abs sensor which I will be replacing soon.

Thanks for the help
