Idle Problem. With a issue.. UPDATED!!! PLEASE READ!!

Ok, i did have a video up... but please, i have another issue.... i don't know why this has anything to do with my high idle or does it?

I scanned the Car and it had no codes. and I took my MAC scanner and viewed the Freeze frame data.. and it came up with the P0500 code. Which is the VSS.. After i did my search to find it. and I also did the test I found from "searching" on the org. Which was take the sensor out from the Tranny and unplug it. Have a volt meter to it and turn the "green" wheel. and it read voltage. So i hooked it back up and jack the front of the car up and put the car in drive with the Volt meter leads to the VSS and I pressed on the gas lightly. and the voltage read a good 39.455 volts.. (+- 2.5ACv) and the VSS is still good.. But I am having one problem. After turning off the car and scanning it again. The p0500 code came back..

I used All Data to see about the ECM connectors because i am trying to check continuity between the VSS and the harness itself to be sure i don't have an open or short somewhere, and I am having a hard time understanding All Data's wiring harness for our cars... they somehow got the Connector harness backwards and I can't check the continuity. And wondering if anyone can provide me the harness Connector with Terminal numbers and what it goes to? for instance terminal 29 is the VSS.. but according to alldata. it told me to check continuity between terminal 29 and 14 on the harness itself.. But according to alldata, terminal # 29 is the VSS and terminal # 14 goes to the cooling fan Relay (low) which is pretty durn weird. Whats the cooling fan relay have anything in conjuntion with the VSS?

anyways. Any help is appreciated.. sorry for putting everything together at one time.. o.o

I am at the school BTW...

you iacv is busted, or maybe your tps. well that was hard.
tps at 500ohms. idk about your iacv.
if you tested your sensors. and maybe told us more we could have an answer,
in my book your have a great idle,
mine goes from 600-1700 randomly because mine is busted.

It was idling at 4,000 RPM and that was a normal speed for it for like 30 minutes. o_O can't shift gears in that RPM range.. o_O
