Rewire low beam into high beam light

Hi!

My stupid mechanic by accident when replaced sockets in highlights wired low beam into high beam and high beam into low beam.

How i can rewire it without going to each socket and opening up splices.

can it be done easy way? near dashboard has any wires?

Thanks!

Why don't you just take it back to him and have him do it?

Just switch the two pins around at the bulb harness. The low-beam and high-beam pins are obviously in the wrong places.

Open the spliced in sockets, correct, and close it up.
Seriously, it's about 15 minutes of work.
Find another mechanic as he's obviously not playing fair with you.

Switch the two colored wires at each of the headlights, leave the black wire alone.

I'd understand if it was some transmission or brake problem or something from you driving like crap, but since something he did was clearly wrong in the first place that'd really make me mad. Wonder what he'd do if, I don't know, he switched someones battery cables or something? lol

you can just pop the pins out of the 9004 socket. Or is it a H4? It might be H4 if it's a Maxima QX, I'm not sure.
