anyone tried putting a tornado filter on place CAI to help high end??

anyone tried putting a tornado filter on place CAI to help high end??

i know it dies off high end, i dont want mine too..... i wanna see what i can do to fix it. anyone able to give me some tips?

The Tornado inserts have been proven to be worthless.

Great idea! Make sure you lubricate your muffler bearings, you don't want all that massive power coming down the o-pipe and toasting your blinker fluid.

I'm starting to realize that the CAI isn't really the weakness. It's just making the weakness of the Gen 4 motor more apparent. That weakness being the lack of variable intake runners in our intake manifold. You'll find that the Gen 5 motors with CAIs don't have this issue.

And just to re-affirm, the tornado is crap. I read a road test where they pu it on a BMW 540 and did 2 dynos. Nothing on btoh of them.
