$$$ for paint

How much would it cost to paint my front bumper? The previous owner liked rocks.

Probably 150 - 200 as a guess. If you can wait in line a little while to get it done try your local Technical High Schools. I dont know about yours but mine does not charge labor because it is a ll HS kids. Cuts about 60 bucks and hour off your bill. You just have to pay for supplies like paint etc.
