Easiest way to remove a radio from my '99

I want to put in a AM/FM CD unit in and take out the non Bose factory unit out.

How do I get this radio out?
Hope there's a simpler way than taking the console apart.

Crutchfield has some nice units around $140.

Stereo shops want $300 for the same units installed.
