ok guys i chaned my air filter to aftermarket so I unpluged the maf and had to mover the car so the car was ran without the maf pluged in just to change parking spots then the check engine light came on while i was moving the car, when I was done changing the filter the check engine light never went off so i unpluged the battery to see if that will work but it didn't and now the car is hard to start. any idea on what could be wrong OH yes i did plug back in the maf cable
A simple SEARCH would've showed you the proper method for pulling codes from the ECU, and clearing those codes to get rid of the engine light. It's in the stickies!!

lol at a dude about to have an rb26 maxima can't install a cone filter without fuxing it up.
but to be honest, i forgot to plug my maf back in after changing my fuel filter (i took the plug out for more fat arm room), and forgot to plug it back in. had to take a trip to the auto store to clear the code out. other than that, no issues resulted. if your car doesn't start right, something else got messed up.

Not hard on you ...
But code 0100 doesn't exist.
If you drove with the MAF unplugged. Plug it back in. Turn the car on, shut it off, unhook the battery for 10 minutes, and hook it back up. If the code is still there, reset the ECU with the screwdriver.
