Ok guys.. Doing a Major Facelift for the maxima (WITH PICS)

*EDIT ON LAST PAGE* *NEW PICTURES, BUT I NEED HELP*

Since my body kit was blown away, I decided that i had enough fun with the front kit, although i still like the side skirts, and rear bumper, the front end had to go now.. i will miss it. But the fiberglass I laid on the car stuck really good to the fender of my car, so i got to get that off before i do anything else.... here are some pictures of the trashy body kit,

^^^ i ran the body kit over with my Silverado. Ahh... good times.. good times^^^

Just Came In Today!! :D

I just got this from my local paint and body shop

Since my car is a 96.. i think the 97 front bumper would look nice.

along with this bumper I ordered this

a stillen front lip.. hopefully, i should be able to get by with this setup..

wish me luck with everything. o_O

No, i sold one of my amps.. because since I burned my speaker and Amp to flames... i don't have a speaker, but i got a brand new amp from powerbass, and got about $400 dollars out of the new amp.. but anyways.. with that money, i bought a new front bumper, 97 grill, stillen lip..

I might be 19.. but that doesn't mean i DON'T have a F****ing job you tard.. so whoever gave you the idea that my mom and dad bought this for me is a complete dumba** everything on my car was bought with my own money, more or less from things sacraficed off my car, like sound systems for cash, tv's that used to be in my car for cash, game systems that was in the car for cash... so it's whatever.. whatever you want to think buddy..

I'm proud to actually be able to buy stuff for myself thank you very much.

The car was silver.

GL with the project.

A small question, could you post pics of the before and after.

The 97 bumper alone being the before, and then the Stillen lip kit being the after, I would appreciate it so much.

If you were to get one for the 4th gen maxima, wouldn't it just look like a 95-96 grille...?

Btw, that Altima is srsly ugly. Looks like someone wanted a Z....

havent been on for awhile. glad to see you got a 97 bumper, they look the cleanest.+1 to 19 year olds being able to afford a good looking car, and to make it look good, without parental help like the jackasses with GT mustangs i see so much around here.
black bumper??? are you going two tone?
blk+blue two tone=

a similar grill like the 95-96 would look good, but the closest you have is that SARONA version 2 grill that IMO looks like crap...

Ok, here's what you're going to do.

Put the 97 front bumper on. Get it painted to match.

Now, here's the important part. Don't drill any holes for the license plate holder. Do not put a front plate on it.

We don't need to see a big "NISSAN" front plate. That's what the grille burger is for. And we don't need a "Nismo" plate frame.

The car will look much cleaner without any front plate.

+1 about the license plate.. See my sig if the license plate is absolutly necessary.

The 97-99 bumper is nice and clean compared to the aftermarket bumper you had, which I think is where you're headed now. Clean.

Some people were curious to know how the lip flowed with the body kit..

So yeah here a a couple of photo's

without the lip on ^^^

With the Lip and the R34 Body kit and Evo Sides.

I had trouble making the 97 grill sit even with the bumper... but it worked out well, after a few tries
