HELP:Another ks thread w/ jack-pot code

Well this started off with starter problems. It would not even begin to turn over, yanked the starter and had it benched. Engaged just like it should, bolted it back on and bumped it one time and it turned over. My first mistake is i did not have the harnesses plugged back up on the intake and never took my terminal loose. After a few miles i got a check engine light. I pulled the codes and got a ks and a 0111. Since the ks was replaced less than a year ago i figured this was a fluke. I reset the pc and it lit back up after a hour of driving. Anyone had a issue like this with the ks and 0111 throwing codes?!? I have checked everything over but have had no indicators to what the problem could be<-----rant

Need more info ... Did you get everything plugged back in correctly? Did you check the 0111 code - maybe some hose is loose or twisted closed. Is the starter still OK? Maybe needs to be cleaned and re-greased. The ks could be damaged, or the harness damaged, or just loose connector ... did you have it disconnected? or move the harness while removing the starter?

Everything is plugged up tight, hoses are ok, starter is working fine and it was nice and clean and greased less than a year ago.Ks was not touched during the process. and i reset the pc again, cranked it up and before it even warmed up the light came back

0111
Diagnostic Trouble Code 0111 is detected when ...
- EVAP control system does not operate properly.
- EVAP control system has a leak in the line between intake manifold and EVAP control system pressure sensor.

Possible causes include ...
- EVAP canister purge volume control solenoid valve stuck closed.
- EVAP control system pressure sensor and its circuit.
- Loose, disconnected, or improper connection of rubber tube.
- Blocked rubber tube.
- Blocked or bent rubber tube to MAP/BARO switch solenoid valve.
- Cracked EVAP canister.
- EVAP canister purge volume control solenoid valve.
- Closed Throttle Position Switch.
- Improper connection of one-way valve.
- Blocked purge port.
- EVAP canister vent control valve.

Get the 0111 to clear first and see if the KS code goes away.
If it keeps coming back, check the KS circuit.
If the circuit checks OK, replace the KS.

Ive had these same codes for KS and EVAP stuff for about 6 months now. i just replaced the knock sensor on monday and reset the CEL, but this morning the light popped back on again. Im hoping this time the KS codes (I had two of them previously when i checked it) go away, but id really like to get rid of this CEL coming on al the time. Or maybe i should just learn to ignore it, or take the bulb out, like other ORG members. Any help is appreciated. sorry to ramble

EVAP and EGR always hard to diagnos. Need to get the system pressure tested to see where the leak is, or could be faulty electronics, or faulty wiring, or blocked hoses.
