Need a way to test guages without a car

I have a set of SE gauges im trying to sell, but i cant power them up to the the mileage without a car. Ive tried running batt, gnd, and ign to them with no luck. does anyone know how to power them up?

Looks like you should supply 12 volts to pin 41, and ground to 10, 31, and 38. At least that's what the 97 FSM says.
